Welcome to Joyful Occasions.  Please fill out this form to start the custom order process.  We will create a unique floral design just for you and your wedding vision.  Our designs will usually take 6 - 8 weeks.

1. Send us a brief message describing what you would like custom designed.
2. We will contact your to discuss details of what custom floral arrangements you are envisioning and need.
3. If you decide that you are interested in seeing our propsal,  you will need to put down a non-refundable proposal charge.  Note:  this charge will be credited towards your final purchase price if you place an order from Joyful Occasions.
4. Once we have yournon refundable proposal charge, we will put together a few project boards with flower and greenery options and costs.  We will then set up a time to go over these options with you.
5. If you like our options and want us to create your wedding flowers, you will need to verify and to authorize us to proceed with your choices.
6. You will be given the option to pay in full or pay 50% towards the total cost (with remaining 50% due before order is shipped). Once we receive your authorization and payment, we will order your flowers.
7. Once we receive your flowers, we will put together a mock up of your items (started, but not final product) and send you a picture. At this time, we can make one time adjustments in floral arrangements.  However, if additional floral items are needed, this will be added to the overall price that was quoted.
8. We will notify you when your items are completed and ready to be shipped.  All outstanding balances must be paid in full before your items will be shipped.

Please note:  all of our floral materials are artificial.  We do not use live flowers or greenery.
